Ximénez-Spinola Jerez Seco Serie 3 Fino Sherry 0,75L (100€/L)

This wine is the result of a unique process and traditional know-how. Some of the casks of dry Pedro Ximénez wines harvested late in the harvest have naturally developed flor, a veil of yeast characteristic of fino sherry. For this third selection since 2015, 9 of the best casks have been bottled after maturing in partially filled French oak casks to preserve the flor, followed by a second ageing in American oak casks. This is the only fino sherry made from the Pedro Ximénez grape variety.
