This weekend Hamburg celebrates the 819th anniversary of our famous seaport Hamburger Hafen. The city is crowded with visitors and tourists from all over the world – and the weather could not be any better. Party time in Hamburg. !
It must sound a bit strange to some of you when you consider the Hamburg Harbour started its operation in the mid 12th century. Even more fascinating is the fact it grows ever since – and it is a great place to be. Come and join us any day – we will take best care of our visitors from abroad.
We see many old friends in these days as they use the opportunity of taking a little break this long weekend. Hamburg is the ideal place to chill out for some days – and of course browsing through the extensive offer of Cuban Cigars and Cuban rum our La Casa del Habano.
Amazing to see the armada of vintage cars on a weekend ride. Great to see these back after the long winter. This morning I have spotted at least 6 of our LCDH Hamburg customers lining up in front of the store with their vintage cars. I like the smell of oil, gas and leather. Funny is that one Hamburg cigar collector came in the dream car of my childhood – the English made Jensen Interceptor MKIII Convertible. Boy oh Boy, when we played with these cards you were the winner having the Jensen – the 7.2 Liter engine outperformed all others. After having an H.Upmann No.2 and some Havana Club Rum I could convince the owner to let me have a ride in his car ! I shall report from driving downtown Hamburg with this beast – the sound is some kind of its own. (yeah yeah)
Back to business. If you do not receive the weekly LCDH Hamburg newsletter with top offers on Havana cigars please subscribe on the website – you will be amazed what’s on the offer every week.
In the meantime I wish you happy smoking from Hamburg
