Herfing Hong Kong - more Cigar Clubs
….hey, would you like a rental walk-in humidor the size of a minivan. No problem. Or a box of Davidoff Haut Brion, maybe a Cabinet of Partagas 1996, some Don Candios or Don Alfredos ….name it and you get it - in Hong Kong.
There is a cigar club I can not miss to mention here. It is another of these “members only” operations, but the current legal situation drive cigar lovers and entrepreneurs to that solution - the only way our species will survive. I am talking about Cigarro, a great cigar club located in Hong Kong Central, on Queens Road No.3, Pacific House, 3rd Floor.
Managed by the ever dynamic Benson Tse this is the place for the, dare I say that, younger cigar lovers in town. They enjoy the elegant atmosphere, sit in private conference rooms or chat lively to each other and fancy the attached restaurant and its delicious Chinese dishes.

What makes this place special is Cigarro’s rent-a-humidor mall. In fact over 200 private lockers of all sizes are built in all over the place - you might actually get lost when walking through the alleys. Currently Benson extends Cigarros storage capacity as demand is rising monthly. Some of the lockers accommodate 100’s of boxes of cigars (yes, you are reading correctly), and amongst them you find the finest stuff you may imagine. Pre-Revolution Flor de Farrach cigars, all kinds of Cuban Dunhills and Cuban Davidoff, any Humidor ever released by Habanos over the past 15 years incl. of course 1492, Cubatobacco anniversary ……endless and certainly priceless but its all there. Benson charges his 200+ members around 600 USD a year as membership fee and the rent for his lockers is somewhat from 500USD up to 1500 USD per year. Given the fact its Hong Kong this is still a bargain! Pay him a visit when you are in town…… See you later
Happy smoking
